Your appointment requires your counsellor to reserve a significant amount of time exclusively for your benefit. Because it is reserved for you, whether you are a Private Counselling Client or an EAP Counselling Client, you will be charged the full regular fee for missed appointments and appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This will not apply to emergencies.

 

Note that missed appointments may not be reimbursed by insurance companies.

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment:

 

All appointments are online even if you contacted me through email, text, or by phone.

 

Please cancel or reschedule online. Refer to your "Confirmation email" and click view appointment details. You will see a link to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
