Due to being tied up with clients during office hours I have set up an online scheduler. This gives you an opportunity to schedule your appointment at your convenience.

To schedule an appointment click "Book Now" or conveniently use the Acuity Scheduling page embedded below.

Please choose Individual or Couples Counselling, EAP Counselling (with referral), or Free Consultation.

Sessions are by PHONE or SECURE ZOOM.

Phone: I'll call you at the time of your appointment. My call will show up as No Caller ID. 

Zoom: Click the link in your email. You will be put in a waiting room and then I'll let you in momentarily.

 

Payment options:

Credit Card: Easily pay by credit card and conveniently save your card to expedite scheduling subsequent appointments.

E-transfer: You can send an e-transfer at the time you schedule your appointment or pay during your session. Please send $135.00 (50 min) or $200.00 (85 min) for Individual Counselling or $150.00 (50 min) or $220.00 (85 min) for Couples Counselling to oaktree.lorna@gmail.com.

 

PayPal: If you select the PayPal option you will be taken to their website after you make your appointment.
